The toilet at BP Onewa Road was absolutely unhygienic today urine on the seat and floor, splatter poop along the back of toilet , and clearly not maintained. I advised staff, but nothing was done... The famale merely said M.. I'm sorry and stood there doing nothing so was the male next to her. Ther were no clients to serve.. They could have gone to clean itnThis isn’t just unpleasant it’s a health issue. Looking at previous reviews, this appears to be a repeated complaint. Management needs to take responsibility for maintaining basic standards.

Bought coffee and fuel here. The coffee was nice and the fuel price was okay. Customer service was friendly and fast. There’s an ATM inside the gas station and toilets available too.

Absolute legend working this morning - made two great coffees and gave my partner a plaster because she broke her nail. Keep up the good work mate!

Bought a coffee. Want to use their toilet. They say toilet closed. Refused. Terrible service. It is not like I'm a free loader. I bought something so that I can use their facility. But no.... I'm so upset. Seriously!
