Had a terrible experience on Saturday 23rd September morning....the Customer Service personnel need to understand politeness and customer centric friendly service is nicer to experience than grumpy matter of fact service. The coffee was not as nice as I have experienced at this same place on previous occasions. Overall, a regrettable experience. Also was not supported with the loyalty rewards...almost certain that I may have missed the Fly Buys
