Z - Sandringham - Service Station

One of the staff member was very rude. She charged me $21.50 for two types of pies that should have cost only $14.40. When I asked for help two or three times, she completely ignored me.nnI understand that employees can become tired and stressed when they are busy, which is normal, especially at petrol stations that operate with only five or six staff members. However, customers should still be treated respectfully and assisted when they ask for help.nnFortunately, another staff member was very kind and helpful. She checked the issue and refunded the money that had been overcharged. I appreciate her excellent customer service and willingness to help.

This is our daily place where my husband Fred and I always get our morning coffees and my dads coffee and pie everyday. The staff all know us and as soon as we walk in they already know our orders. We’ve been going to Z everyday for how many years and the staff are all friendly and very welcoming. See you guys tomorrow morning!

Bought some Coke from here. The customer service was nice and friendly.

Manager who site offsite does not honour promo given by the official website. After showing them proof from Z official website by staff. Why promote when you cannot honour. Unprofessional services from Z and Afterpay.

Arrogant staff!! Won't reply or answer my question would ignore serving me. Even though there's no one and I am waiting for my morning coffee before work. Won't recommend visiting.
