Today around 8:00pm, I visited your BP Mt Albert station. When I arrived at the counter, there were two staff members present, but they did not acknowledge me or attend to customers. They continued with their own work while I waited.nnAfter some time, I had to call out to get their attention. When one of the staff members finally approached, her attitude made me feel as though I was asking for something unreasonable, rather than simply being a paying customer.nnI was disappointed by this level of service, as I have always expected BP to maintain high customer care standards.

I visited this location again today around 8:12 PM October 19, 2025, and once again, the car wash was not working. This has become a recurring issue—I've tried multiple times in the past, and it's almost never operational. The staff always say it's broken, but there seems to be no real effort to fix it. It's incredibly inconvenient and a waste of time and energy. If it's going to stay out of order, it would be better to shut it down altogether rather than mislead customers.

I had a very disappointing experience at BP Mercury’s car wash. After using their service, my car came out with visible scratches and damage on the bonnet and windscreen. When I raised a complaint, the manager provided false information to the claim team, denying any issue with their car wash.nnThere are cameras around the site that could easily show the truth, yet BP failed to provide any clear evidence or take responsibility. This is extremely unprofessional and dishonest customer service.nnI expected better from BP – not only in service quality but also in how they handle genuine customer complaints. I will definitely not recommend this car wash to anyone if wanna to save your expensive car from scratches.

Is BP stations go it's the same as all the rest but it's handy and we'll set out ant clean most of the time at around 4:00 cafes are shut but you can always get a coffee at BP the sizes always bigger it's consistently good

Not from a week ago but today. Went to use the $20 carwash and car was clean but didnt get all the egg off.
