Z - Point Chev - Service Station

I'm stoked there's ev charging but the shop inside seems to purposefully put items in mislabeled shelves so you accidentally spend too much. I've spoken to the people who work there several times about it and my take is it must be a policy because it never changes. Rip off.

I needed to use to the toilet, toilet paper was just enough to finish my business, I went to wash my hands but no soap so I went to the counter and told them no toilet paper or hand soap and do they have any hand sanitiser I could use and they both played dumb saying they are just filling in and they have ran out of everything.

They charged my credit card three times, totaling $160, even though I only put $65 in my car. They have no contact number and no one is taking responsibility.

Never had a bad experience here. Shop is clean coffee is good

Mote often than not, receipts are unavailable from the pump and air is not working.
