It was very busy, Gas station. Customer service was nice. Fuel price cheap.

Amazing location always stocked shelves, staff are always nicely presented and quick to help with anything with a smile weather its pumping your gas for you, helping with directions or simply helping to sign up for my everyday rewards. Always have fresh hot food and coffee available and those a must for a roadie. I am a definite returning customer thanks bp millwater !!!

Customer service definitely needs working on. The older Indian gentleman didn’t even say hello when I was filling up and buying product. He didn’t even make eye contact. I’ve worked in customer service for 20 years. Absolutely not returning purely as I felt like a burden.nLovely gas station though. Such a shame.

After a very verbally abusive EV driver in an MG vehicle came telling me to get off the f##%$!? Charger! The staff members were so apologetic and offered me a free coffee as the abusive customer did not have a clear understanding of the Bp charging conditions that are different to the free vector charge points. Charge net also have different restrictions according to the location. Here where the abusive behaviour was clearly seen on camera, a 45min-1hr wait time is considered reasonable for the paid service. Abusive customer did not read the p20 park signs correctly as the limit does not apply to the EV station. In fact the signs are not placed in front of this 2 bays.nnStaff were very considerate and supported the correct Bp charge operation for this particular incident for which I am grateful. I spoke to the 24/7 Bp charge helpline and they were prompt to answer my call and were also helpful and supportive.nnPhotos for clarification so hopefully no one else has to be bullied off charging their vehicle. Been told to get of the ……. charger now! so aggressively is not something I’ve ever experienced. I’m so glad I told the customer to consult the staff for explanation rather than yelling at me whilst on a business call with a sleeping child in the back.nnI also like that this is a 75w charge where you can use both type chargers at the same time! Looking forward to seeing more Bp charge spots with friendly EV customers!
