ZERO STARS nnI have never gone there again. No one owned up to their mistake and it was a horrible experience. My whole family has stopped going there too and many friends because of what happened to me.nnNot honest. These guys are huge rip off artists.nnI was helping a lady at the pump and put my pump back in the middle of fueling. It reached less than $10 and had to be restarted the original amount was $30 and I prepaid it. The guy from inside the store told me to put the pump back again when I went back to continue the fuelling. I put it back as he had told me and a few seconds later he told me to start fuelling again. They had set the pump back to 0 zero. I filled to $30 and then went in to pay for the gas that I had put in at the start which was incomplete and only reached between $5 a $10. I asked them how much I owe for that initial full because I couldn’t see the amount on the pump as it went back to start and they should have been able to tell me from their side. I knew it was under $15 and maybe somewhere between $5-$10 as I hadn’t been filling it for long before helping a lady out in the next bay.nnThere were two or three staff guys in the store at the till when I went back and I told them I need to pay for the petrol that was restarted and how much did I owe - all three insisted it was ok as they had made a mistake on their side. I insisted to pay at several times and they all insisted it was their mistake. So I said thank you and left. I continued to get petrol there for several months without any issues. One morning as I went to get gas they called me over the loud speaker and I went in. They said my account was not up to date and I replied what account? I don’t have one. The he brought up the date of above mentioned issue not the issue itself so I went to my bank app and saw a payment and showed them I had paid. I asked to speak to the manager, and she told me I got gas twice that day and that triggered my memory of that incident and so I explained to her what happened . Long story short they charged me another $30 dollars - both the store manager whom I called to speak to and I even asked her to pull up the video of that day and she would have seen I never took the full amount and that her staff were the ones that refused to take my payment. She was horrid and that store will rip people off and hide the truth.

Ordered coffee online at 7:15. Said it will be ready at 7:20. The 2 Indians behind the counter are depth into a conversation. At 7:28 I ask them is my coffee coming, ok I make it now she said. Too busy gossiping. Focus on your customer service. If I had known it wasn't gona be ready, I would of ordered elsewhere.nVery poor Service here.

Great service station.nnBig lot with plenty of room to move around. All the fuels needed are on pump with all the other amenities expected of a service station.nnThe store has a good range of food and supplies you may need for the road and staff are friendly and polite.nnAccess is a breeze with multiple access points.

This gas station is one of the BP locations I dislike the most due to hygiene issues. You can smell urine from a meter away from the restroom.

What a bad morningnThe lady barista name Chamini is very rude to me probably to other customer too.I dont know how hard it is to treat your customer with a smile in morning.She did not even bother to scan my BP loyalty card and behaved very rudely and spoiled my morning.Even the coffee made by her is cold and burnt. If you are reading this pls dont treat your customer like this have their whole day ahead.A smile can make a person’s day
