Absolutely disgusting experience from someone that called himself the manager. Ordered 5 coffees through Uber eats, one of which was wrong and one didn’t show up. Called the Uber driver, poor guy instantly said that he told them the order was incorrect but they sent him on his way. Anyway, called up the store and got put on the phone with the “manager”. Told him the issue and he said that it’s the Uber drivers fault don’t know how as he’s not the one that made the coffees then he said to come pick up another coffee. I told him that if I wanted to pick up why would I order UberEats. He resumed to tell me that it’s now my fault for not picking it up. Also kept calling me “darling” in a very condescending manner. The whole conversation was him putting the blame on me and the Uber driver instead of owning up to their mistake. His solution to it was “order again and pay through Uber AGAIN” ridiculous

Nice people excellent service is what makes this place good for morning coffee before work. Just got to arive early as there ate a lot of people there before work

Over the past year, everytime I order coffee from them it is a disaster. I stopped going to this BP for over 6months due to its terrible service and messing up easy coffee orders everytime. I thought let's give them another chance... this week I ordered coffee twice and both times was a disaster. If you want coffee from here you need to do it in store and hope it's on a good day where the service is friendly.

Terrible coffee, i make sure staff extra hot for 4-5 times but they dont bother , even the coffee cup is half with coffee . That happens with me in morning 6.30 n with this terrible coffee bp staff make my morning n day worst . I believe i will never face to this bp …nThanx for terrible coffee
