What a bad morningnThe lady barista name Chamini is very rude to me probably to other customer too.I dont know how hard it is to treat your customer with a smile in morning.She did not even bother to scan my BP loyalty card and behaved very rudely and spoiled my morning.Even the coffee made by her is cold and burnt. If you are reading this pls dont treat your customer like this have their whole day ahead.A smile can make a person’s day

This gas station is one of the BP locations I dislike the most due to hygiene issues. You can smell urine from a meter away from the restroom.

Great service station.nnBig lot with plenty of room to move around. All the fuels needed are on pump with all the other amenities expected of a service station.nnThe store has a good range of food and supplies you may need for the road and staff are friendly and polite.nnAccess is a breeze with multiple access points.

Awful customer service. Very rude staff. They don’t answer the phone. Apparently it isn’t working. They did not honour a two for one Uber eats deal. The Uber driver was kind enough to put the BP staff on the phone for me. The BP staff member just refused to honour the deal and I told her I’d cancel it, she stopped the cancellation, even though the item was still there. I miss good old NZ customer service. I’m surprised this place is still open considering all the bad reviews.

Rudest staff ever.. What happened to this BP.. Lived in Ranui for 12 years. Used to come here for the best coffee.. Now just get treated badly.. Rest room never cleaned.. Smells of urine.... Had the best staff here several years ago.. Asked staff member who the rude lady was and told me Charmini and when I told her I was going to let her manager know how rude she was she had the cheek to video me.. Will be calling the manager to complain.. Never going back again.. Chamini was also told by another customer how rude she was at exactly the same time and gave her a dirty look as well.. Not very nice at all..
