Staff are always welcoming, answer questions promptly and are happy to provide alternatives if the option you want is out of stock. Do need to work on improving the warm food- it's a bit limiting in terms of options especially at lunch time. But overall happy with the service.

I had mocca at this BP. I told Mr Shivam to make coffee the way you want to make. He made custom coffee with soya milk and flavor shot. The coffee was so divine. This is the only BP where you get best customer service. I thank to all staff specially Mr Shivam and Nidhi. You guys know how customer service supposed to be even when you guys are busy as hell. Thanks Sunny for having such a great team here.
