Fuel is expensive. Other products are also pretty expensive. The store is big and well maintained but customer service can be so much better. Staff members don't seem very welcoming and friendly. I haven't seen too many promotional offers or customer engagement initiatives. Overall vibe can most definitely improve.

Went in for morning coffee, expensive, and milk was off.nnWas trusting and hopeful enough to do it again a week later, expecting milk to be fine this time.nAsked for usual 2 x flat whites, with 2 extra shots in both. $4.50 each, plus $1 extra per shot double price to many elsewhere.nI asked for a receipt, which showed me he had thrown in an additional $1 for a 5th shot which wasn't asked for, or given.nnI asked about it and he was confidently trying to state an argument that didn't make any sense that that is the price because that's what's on the paper.nnHe finally gave me what he owed..I won't be back.

Visit today at around 12.30, one of the female Indian staff members, spoke limited English, seemed to have difficulty understanding numbers and was quite rude during our interaction. She should be investigated and provided with further communication and customer service training.

The product they sell is so expensive. Every product they sell minimum 2 or 3 dolar expensive than other petrol stations.

Visited yesterday at 4:15 PM. I am a regular customer and always fill my tank. I’ve never had any issues until yesterday—they always opened the pump.nnHowever, the cashier was not willing to open the pump this time. He could have used the intercom to ask me to come inside and pay, but he didn’t. He looked at me a few times and chose to ignore me.nnPoor customer service and lack of communication. I won’t be visiting this store again.nnMy feedback to the manager: please train your staff. I understand there may be a reason for not opening the pump, but better communication makes all the difference.nnCheers!
