Fuel is expensive. Other products are also pretty expensive. The store is big and well maintained but customer service can be so much better. Staff members don't seem very welcoming and friendly. I haven't seen too many promotional offers or customer engagement initiatives. Overall vibe can most definitely improve.

Caught these guys raising there prices on Wednesday night because they said they were dropping price by 12 cents but they raised it last night 6cents only to take 12 cents off today so really only 6 cent discount.....can't believe they think us public are dumb....but they can't hide with the gasby app. The feul today going buy yesterday's prices should be $2.50.9cents. I hope more people share their disappointment

If it was possible to give no stars it would be.one person only appeared to be on petrol and coffee counter around 3.45 today and she was in no rush to serve quickly .fast pay pump pay machine faulty .At one stage it showed payment of over 3.000 from card couldnt give receipt no petrol went into car .on standing in queue for over ten minutes told by staff they couldnt help nothing to do with them .if i wasnt happy to call number on front of service station for payments with this machine and virtually told take it or leave it .there was no way they could check anything to do with card or pump payments .Frantic call to bank sorted problem and i got petrol elsewhere. Nothing about experience will ever inspire me to go back

Very poor attitude from the staff. I tried to pump my tyre today and the compressor seems not working. I tried to reach to one of the staff and asks if he can check it. He just told me to go off to another station without even trying to check the pump first.

The staff that work here are so kind, patient and generous. A few times when I have come in at night for a snack any warm food that won’t be good or likely be chucked out they give extra when I order. Always nice coming here
