Worst customer service I've come across, they don't allow you to fill up and can only pre pay upto $99. The store person treated me differently to his own kind, I only say his own kind because he was speaking a different language. I was willing to leave credit card in store so I could fill up. After all the lame excuses he gave I jumped in my car left and took my business elsewhere.nnI would also give 0 stars but Google insist on a star. Your staff are lossing you business.

These guys make no sense.nPumps don’t have pre pay signs on it but the attendant will make you come in and choose the amount to pay and decline your request to activate the pump so I can fill my v8 with 98 because I don’t know how much it will take exactly.nYou then have to walk back out of the shop, punch in the amount at the pump then walk back into the shop to swipe the rewards card after fueling that apparently doesn’t work even though other sites haven’t had an issue with it. Only to jump back in the car and see I needed more gas still.nTerrible service, every other site will just start the pump for me when I make eye contact with the attendant so I can fill my car up. Muppets..

I waited at the pump to get it turned on. I could see the male petrol attendant standing in front of the counter, talking to a woman, barcoding stock. I had to walk from the forecourt to ask why he didn’t turn the pump on. I was promptly told : “ pumps on pre pay.” I responded by replying this was new. I was told they were getting a new system. I asked him then why he chose to ignore me. I told him there was no customer service when you ignore a customer. I wasn’t invisible, I was the only customer there!nI got into my vehicle and left. Simple enough- this petrol station has lost me as a customer. I went to another Gas Station, got recognised and received good customer service.nWould give no stars but Google insists one gives at least one star…. Not appropriate…. NO Stars=NO Customer Service!

Great staff, Dev & his team is always there to help our locals.nnWas supposed to post days ago but didn’t get the time to do so.

Ran out of gas at dinner time had one empty bottle which needed filling. I had a full bottle but I couldn’t open it. Asked for some help. It was too much trouble. I’ll go somewhere else. Cheers.
