Z - Henderson Valley - Service Station

They've got an app that's supposed to make ordering drinks easier, but it never seems to work. You still have to go and wait for their system to sort itself out. If it's not working, why bother keeping it?

Almost put me in hospital. Very allergic to Dairy, I asked for an Oat latte and clearly stated Oat but they gave me dairy. I asked for a new coffee and they then said I have to pay more after they gave me nearly a hospital visit. I would highly suggest not going here,very disappointed will now be using a different petrol station on my morning commute. Thanks for nearly killing me.

Asked for an oat milk coffee, as im intolerant to dairy. I clearly stated oat milk and the lady at the till even repeated oat latte back to me. Everyone recieved their drinks before me even people who came after and i though, its because im having oat so didnt mind. I left and drank some and thought it tasted horrible and i realised part way through, they gave me dairy - i will now have cramps for the rest of the day. I returned and then they refused to replace the coffee without me paying more. Saying I probably didnt say it clearly enough. Worst experience.

Night staff told me they no longer sell paysafes.. which was a lie, he was busy doing somethng when I was at night pay window, I stood there for 4mins knocking on glass and saying hello into the speaker think he was ignoring me tbh then I knocked really hard and he looked at me really angrily marched over and had a sarcastic tone etc..

I have ordered online coffee from Z station, lovely staff barista and gentleman who was at register, I wanted to say thank you for delicious coffee exactly how I like it medium mocha with oat milk. Manager please pass my message to them it was 6:53 am on Friday 7/11/2025.
