Last month I raised a concern with BP when I filled two boat tote tanks of 24.6 litres each with a small residual amount of fuel from last fill on each, to my surprise the pump read 55.6 litre ls used - I was meant to be able to fill my third green tote with that volume and didn’t get to start filling it . The two containers only would hold 49.2 - . I was charged 6.4 litres more than what my tanks total volume. I was told the pumps are fine and no one else complains. Inwill not trust this site. No apology, fault admission or reimbursement . Theft in my view .nnRecemtly I filled one tote at a nearby caltex gas station and the bowser read 23.5 after the tank was filled . Go figure !

Complete unprofessionalism this morning, pumped my gas went inside to pay. Plenty staff by the coffees about 4 okay, I stood in line while this staff member sherie was away from them and kinda by the smokes area using her phone for who's knows what while I'm waiting inline, waited waited waited, still nothing from her while the others staff members were busy doing the coffees, not her, just in her own world, took another Staff member to point out hay customer there. It was just so rude for her to be like that camt missed me i was in white and imo not a good look for the company. Get off ur phone or use it on your break, then had attitude towards me took her time doing the eftpos like wow, silly little games, im just down the road and won't be going there again

Brilliant service from a dark hair lady who was working on her day off. She absolutely was so kind to me with my matcha late and made my day

Please teach your baristas the difference between ä cappuccino and ä flat white.nAlso, let them know that if we order an extra shot of espresso, we can tell whether or not you put it in.

The BP station has everything one needs for car at petrol station. They have car wash, self served window cleaning and water filling at the pump. The fast food is available, bit expensive but delicious. Single toilet room. Other snacks and drinks are available too.
