MOBIL HIGHLAND PARK

Been here multiple times and my mobil smiles discount never works at this station. It works fine at other stations but not this one. The payment terminal says that the reward has been added but then my card gets charged full price for the fuel. Not happy.

I used the 10c off discount QR code in the app at this gas station and tried twice, but the discount was 6c per liter instead of 10c. When I asked the clerk, he said I had already paid and there was nothing I could do. It felt like false advertising. And after paying at the terminal, they couldn't provide a receipt.

Worst car wash and service I ever had. The car wash was not working properly. The car wash soaping my car for more than 5mins and without next action. I report to the service number and asked me to leave first. After next day I reported the problem again and ask for refund. The videos and photos record during the wash was also attached. Then the service keep asking more and more unrelvant details even I had attached the videos and photos. After complained, they still asked me to follow their protocol and SOP. What a shameless company never think customer is most important.

the last time I tried to pump up the tyre pressure, it's broken as I can tell that it's leaking air big time instead of pumping it. And yet because it's unmanned I can't report it, and the 09 number on the websites also not valid anymore.nnIt also became self service now, unmanned, and the pump I went to doesn't have paper for the receipts, not sure about other pumps.nnBecause of all these cost cutting measures, the fuel price is slightly lower in the area compare to Mobil in Smales road and Ormiston on most days.nnAs before Mobil highland park fuel price was way higher then those and now it's the opposite, it's ok if you can accept self service.

Fn useless place doesn’t even allow mobile smiles card on the pay machine and there is no in store to use the voucher
