I’ve just had the worst customer service experience ever.nnI came to get petrol at around 4:10 pm. The young man at the counter was very rude. He told me his name was Ravin, but I can’t confirm if that was true.nnI asked to fill up and pay by cash. While taking my cash out, I mentioned that I also had an Everyday Rewards card and was looking for it in my bag. When I finally took it out, he said I couldn’t use it. I didn’t hear the reason clearly, so I thought it might be because I was paying by cash, and I asked him to confirm.nnHe then said I couldn’t use it because it took me too long to take it out of my wallet. He claimed it took me five minutes, which I was very sure was not true. I didn’t want to argue, but because he was being so rude, I told him I did not take five minutes and that the CCTV camera could clearly show this. He then said, “Okay, it took two minutes,” and still said I couldn’t use it.nnI explained that firstly, I had already told him I had an Everyday Rewards card, and secondly, he never asked me if I had one. He rejected it simply because he said it took me two minutes. I was actually fine with not using the card, but because of his rude attitude, I asked to still use it by having a refund and then repaying again — which he did.nnHowever, when I returned to my pump while it was raining, he did not turn the pump on. I signaled to him several times, but it still wasn’t working. I went back inside to ask why. He said he needed to serve the other customers and would come out to look. It became late, and I needed to go to my evening class, so I went back to the pump again. Only then did he turn it on.nnIs this how customer service is supposed to be? It was raining today, and I hope he does not treat other customers the same way. This was a very unpleasant experience, especially for customers who may be unwell or in a hurry.

Attitude walking around to get right things I had asked for. Maybe change store lay out and whole management only wanted 2 items I see it’s not a one off. AVOID AVOID if you don’t want to leave shitty lol

Bad experience, very rude service. No hello welcome or nothing. Went up to the counter and the lady walked to the next checkout and started talking to her, totally ignoring me. So I went to the second checkout where they were both talking. She said do you have any rewards? I said excuse me. She said your pump number 11 right. I said yes $40 petrol nothing else. Then I said a hello would've been nicer. They both gave me a rude look, then continued talking to one another. Then I said Bad service, not happy and left.

Tried car wah today: not too bad, seems that they fixed the issue they had with spraying soap unequally from right to left.

Really dont appreciate water in my fuel tank thanks BP! Both myself and someone else that filled up from the same tank have now got fuelling issues!
