Had a terrible experience at the jetpark car wash today, Saturday 11th May at approx 1.45pm. My second time at the carwash so knew how to work it. Anyways Entered coin to start the triple foam brush, and realised it wasn’t working. Took photo and video evidence and walked in to talk to the attendant who came out and was so arrogant and rude. Asked if he could please recompensate as it wasn’t working and he just walks in the back door of BP not to return. Pretty unimpressed and the lack of professionalism and customer care really. Hopefully management can see this review and act accordingly. It is a small area and we need to support local but how can we when we have attendants with an attitude.

One of the best branches I have seen in Auckland. Friendly and helpful staff with clean and tidy spaces. The toilet is very clean!

Tried to fill up my car paying with cash, was sent to speak to a manager inside who would only let me fill up $150, I had told him my car costs more than that to fill up but I wouldn’t be sure of the exact price to pre pay to fill up. He then made my passenger fill up my car while I waited inside, he still only let me fill $150 and once I had paid he only then offered to let me add extra smaller increments of fuel which I politely declined. I have never had an issue filling my car with cash before, but felt quite rude to be treated like a thief by ‘management’ and with no explanation for the way this was handled including the mention of any new or diffierent procedures. Was quite taken aback and left to fill up at the Z down the road with super pleasant staff experience, they even let me fill up first!!
