Had a bit awkward experience in this gas station today with staff member BipinThe person without a smile and always angry.I usually go to this gas station because it's close to my workplace.nnI went to this gas station today04/03/2026with a friend at work to get something to eat.I parked my car nearby a pump next to their shop and went inside and brought some stuff.But this guy wasn't happy where I parked my car and asked me not to park there anymore.Then he tried to argue with me too.He acted like he own this place and clearly don't know how to deal with a customer also he acted like I am gonna park there and go to another shop.Other funny thing is only my car and one more car at their premises in that time.So it's not busy at all.Looks like he wanted to act like the boss .I decided not to go this gas station anymore even though it's close to my workplace.Also he never smile or greet any customer coming to this shop and acting like a zombie.I know this because I always go to this gas stationnnSo I am not recommending this gas station to anyone.If someone going to this gas station please avoid the team member BIPIN because he will ruin your day trying to fight with you for no reason.nnThank you

God can't believe I'm going to say this but I used the toilet before filling up with gas and I couldn't believe how clean the toilet was. Not just clean but it even smelled fresh not like alot of other toilets I've used in gas stations. No writing on the walls and everything looked brand new.nI was so impressed I even told the guy at the counter what I thought. As for the shop, everything you would expect to find at a bp, place was clean and staff were friendly as.nDefinitely worth filling up if on the area 100 %

One of the best branches I have seen in Auckland. Friendly and helpful staff with clean and tidy spaces. The toilet is very clean!

Really bad service, ordered my large mocha from BP app, hoping it would be ready when I reach after 8 minutes as in b/w of 15 minutes break, made me wait another 10 minutes and others were going before me!!
