One of the worst scenarios I came across when I purchased self check KIOSK in KFC. I got the QR code and don’t even last for any seconds. So you will be left without GST bill and you will not even know what they have given and what you ordered.nnThe staff is so helpless who doesn’t give you bill and don’t know how to retrieve the bill. So finally I had to order 3 times to get at least one GST bill. Even if you give your mail ID, GST bill will not be sent to your mail ID.nnOne of the worst KFC and staffs I visited in my 10 country visit.nnSo this is a place if you don't want the bill and get satisfied with whatever they give. God only knows what you ordered. nnCase should be filed against KFC who didn't provide me valid GST bill.nnFinally as I have mentioned, NO Sprite in the box when I reached home. I don't have any bills to fight or claim also. Let the staff enjoy my SpritennBeware there.
The chicken was nice and there's heaps of chips, the price was OK. Unfortunately, the express order messed up and made me pay twice, I hope they won't deduct the other one later. The place lack staff specially cleaning one.
Waited 10 minutes for the 4 chicken nuggets to arrive. By this time the chips were cold and I had to go. Otherwise I would have complained. ATM on self-ordering did not work after ordering the meal on the machine. More time wasted. Not exactly fast food.
Appalling really. Service was fast but not friendly, food, if you could call it that was terrible. The price was an absolute ripoff.nFries were cold and the portion was tiny for the price.nBurger was tiny with a burnt dry piece of what they allege was chicken and cost a whopping almost $11. The cold fries cost nearly 5 bucks for a small handful. So for almost $16 dollars I got a small handful of cold fries and a tiny burger with a terribly overcooked tiny piece of chicken inside of it.
Nice small bucket of chicken. Granddaughter loved the popcorn chicken. Quick service. Not expensive and their drive-through worked, despite being in a very busy location
