Disgusting place to get your food from. Oily floor, dirty cr and garbage everywhere. All the staff are just inside the kitchen, no one’s attending the dining area. Even though there are no customers on queue, they’re not tidying up.
Every single time we have been to this store the service, food, and atmosphere is shit. Staff are robotic, food is overcooked and. custers get easily agitated. This place needs a big shale up. The drive through is just as bad, often there are items missing, and over charge if you get water as a drink. Won't ever go back to this place.
Too much oily... When inform to the staff they respond like first time i am eating KFC.
The chicken was awful, chips too salty to eat and dinner rolls squished. We had a replacement and it was still very bad, I think this might just be the new Zealand KFC unfortunately.nMusic was super loud inside too.
Never ever go to this kfc! You don't get a receipt when you order on the portals like you do at macas. I ordered the 3 piece deluxe pack and got 2 pieces instead of 3, so i went up to the counter to remedy that. They gave me another piece and apologised. So I went back to our table and realised they had given me a raspberry drink instead of the L&P I ordered, this time when i went there was no apology. Some tables had not be cleaned. Staff were unenthusiastic and grumpy.nWhile we were there, an uber driver had come back, and was really annoyed because they gave the wrong order. I'm never going neck to that kfc again.
