Very poor service from the young girl working the drive-through at KFC Johnsonville tonight. She sounded frustrated and snappy the whole time I was ordering, and when I pointed out that I had ordered a Lift not two Fantas, she just said “oh well we don’t have any” and slammed the window on us. When she eventually handed over the food, she didn’t say a single word and shut the window on us again.nnI’ve never had issues here before, the older lady who usually runs the drive-through is always cheerful and welcoming, but this young girl was super rude, unprofessional, and made the whole experience really unpleasant.
Very poor management, KFC really needs to work on the order time, i waited for more than 30 minutes just for 1 order. I was waiting for the uber order but all the in-house customers as well waiting so long with me for their order. I mean it should be really quick service, nobody wanna wait for more than half hour for a single order, or KFC Johnsonville really needs a better team and management. I am not gonna pick any future orders from here, its like a waste of 1 hour, during evening hours!
This isn’t just a KFC. This is the KFC. My hometown KFC. I’ve lived away for over 10 years now, and in that time I’ve tried countless KFCs. But nothing, and I mean nothing, comes close to this one.nnEvery wicked wing is succulent perfection. Every zinger burger is juicy. No soggy buns, no overcooked chicken — just consistent, mouthwatering greatness. Even writing this, my mouth is watering.nnSometimes I deliberately avoid my local KFC in Sydney because I know it won’t live up to this one. Probably the worst KFC in the country. Went a few years prior and took 45 minutes to serve a burger and chips, they took one person at a time who ordered, and then served them their food before moving on to the next. Today I decided to use Uber Eats, they accepted the order, and 20 minutes later literally cancelled it, I did not find out about this until 40 minutes when I was wondering where my food was.
The food was Pathetic, Normally I enjoy KFC wicker wings but this one was a waste of money . I'm a trucker and after a really hectic day and travelling from Auckland to Wellington I was starving as . I ordered on uber and after I got my food I was very disheartened . Chips cold n soggy . Wings of 2 colour's as shown in the picture attached as it was not even cooked properly. I entirely paid a huge sum for a small order which was not worth it at all . Next time when you prepare some1 food , remember THEY ARE PAYING 1/10 FROM THEIR PAY TO GET A GOOD MEAL AND NOT SHIT . I guess have to go to bed empty stomach.
