There is little to add to the outstanding 5 stars outlined in the reviews below. Helen produces intelligent, unique and beautifully creative dishes. The flavour combinations are simply stunning. The cherry butter cake with the wasabi/white chocolate truffle was a delightful surprise.nThe wine pairing was carefully matched with each course, although a slightly larger pouring would feel more generous. :nnThe low point an easy fix is the view through the restaurants main window which blows the illusion of big city dining. The bright blue Kapiti Clippers shop and the ATM machines sophisticatedly illuminated with fluorescent tubes was bothersome and we sat at the counter end of the restaurant. As an Interior designer I'd recommend contacting a print company to laser cut frosted vinyl film with your restaurant name stylishly cut into it with a thin slit so customers and peer out if they wish.nnOtherwise a remarkable dinner all round.nWell done Helen and your team.

I consider myself a bit of a foodie but I'm just a 29 year old who loves eating out. I won a voucher through a Te Omanga Hospice event.nnThe whole experience was a journey. We regrettably didn't do the beverage match but the food was stunning. It looks refined and simple but the flavours were rich and deep and I really enjoyed myself, I love learning all these new flavours mixed in with familiar ones.nnSmall stylish restaurant and the young servers were professional and charming. The chef and owner Helen you could see was running the show with control and flair. Wonderful.nnI live in Wellington but I can't wait to return and pay full price. Well worth it for a special experience

We went to 50-50 for my Birthday and it was just fabulous. A good vibe and the food is brilliant - imaginative, seasonal, beautifully presented and so tasty.

We had an amazing experience, the nine course menu was delicious. Never thought I would love cucumber soup : The cured tuna was our favourite. We also had the non alcoholic drink matching, and while we enjoyed most, not all were a hit. Service was also top notch.
