50-50 restaurant

We came for the 6-course dinner. The restaurant itself has a gorgeous atmosphere, and you can see the kitchen I think it's really cool to see professional chefs at work. Each course was an absolute culinary delight, and our waiter really made the night. He was attentive, remembered our wine choices and ensured our dietary needs that I highlighted when booking were there on the plate. Highly recommend, I'll be back and also sending my friends and family.

The most amazing food I've tried to date. Every course was exquisite the service was exceptional. Helen was so calm throughout the evening plating up works of art. Really relaxed atmosphere. We most definitely will be back.

Some of the best fine dining dishes I've had in New Zealand! I had the 9 course menu and every single course was surprising and creative and also incredibly delicious. The atmosphere is nice and cozy while staying relaxed and unpretentious and the food is absolutely top-notch. Highly recommend!

My wife and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary here. We did the 9 courses and we didn't know what to expect but we were blown away! The food was insane we cannot fault anything about it, even dishes we wouldn't normally like/ eat we finished. We also got the wine matching and we highly recommend! It inhances the food and let's you taste more than expected.nStaff were lovely and keen to have a laugh which topped the experience off. Was awesome seeing Helen singing away in the kitchen loving her job while all staff were smiling along with her. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!
