I recently stayed at the Ibis hotel for a 5-day business trip, and it was a great experience. The staff were always welcoming and helpful, and I appreciated the convenience of reserved parking. My room was clean and comfortable, and it was nice to have plenty of dining options within walking distance.Rooms: 5/5
Very nice place. Great rooms and good location in the centre of the city. Currently being renovated therefore no breakfast in house but heaps of options around the corner.Rooms: 5/5
Great location near shops and plenty food outlets. Near the tram stop akka hop on hop off for the day, and the restoration of the city Cathedral post 2010/2011 earthquakes. Hotel staff very helpful and polite. Rooms clean and comfortable with good service. Breakfast also good but it seems that in NZ as l have stayed in many hotels no fried/poached eggs are available. The occasional boiled egg can be made . Yes stay here if you are on a budget. Rooms: Clean and comfortable Nearby activities: Lots to see and do, hop on hop off tram. Art galleries, building restoration to admire, and museums to visit Walkability: Easy walking distance to the city centre

Yes, great service, adequate room, friendly people, wonderful City Great, room was fine and clean. Good food and drink, hotel staff brilliant. Rooms: Qiuet . Noteworthy details: The Catherederal and the wonderful City of Christchurch.
Great hotel in the centre if town. Easy to get around and will be staying there again on the next trip over here..Rooms: 5/5
Average rooms was quite disappointed only having a view of a grey wall. The aircon made lots of strange noises the first night, was hard to get some sleep. The team looked at it the following day and solved the problem. The second night woke in a fright as I could hear breathing, was the neighbour snoring. I guess the weird aircon sounds drowned that out the first night. Very good location.
