Lovely big, clean room mattress was a bit firm, but that is a preference thing. Quiet and peaceful corridors. Tasty breakfast. But main stand out is the staff - who are friendlier and more helpful than the average by some distance. Highly recommended.

I like coming here for coffee. Staff are so friendly and great and it's a great set up upstairs and downstairs. And their treats are so tasty!

Nice place, clean modern rooms, helpful and friendly staff

The room wasn't as expected but nice enough. Has a small indoor pool, spa and sauna which was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good.

Loved it! Friendly helpful staff, really comfy studio & great views. Love the focus on NZ made products. We will be back.

Fantastic stay...great facilities and staff

Stayed for one night. Well trained staff at receptionist. Room a bit small for my liking. A La carte breakfast was good the next day.

Spacious room, very good kitchen utensils. Comfy bed! Only down side was the room service, was cold when delivered but thats the only fault :
