Trinity Hotel

The staff were excellent, very helpful and thoughtful. After our return flight was cancelled they went out of their way to get us a room for a few more nights. The room was warm, came with a jug, iron, and hair dryer. The location was excellent too, just 3 minute walk to the supermarket, food court across the road, cafes everywhere. The arborist next door has very good food too.

I would have been more comfortable sleeping in a sauna. Room was so hot. No aircon, they supplied a fan but it was like being chased by a hair dryer with how hot the room was. Shower still had hair in it. Tried to talk to reception when I left but she was stuck on the phone helping return property left behind by a guest. Location of the hotel was good. Parking at the hotel and nearby. Would be a good hotel if someone upgraded the suites. Oh and when you do update, please install some toilets that are taller than ankle height. That's a long way to sit down.

Additional review from pea nut, after our initial experience with the issues within the room , Rob was fantastic, he did his absolute best to rectify the problems upgraded us both to another room with a larger room, checked that the room was up to the standards Trinity wish to provide. He was very apologetic and explained he couldn't rectify it the previous night due to being fully booked. We also received a very generous voucher for the restaurant next door. Overall the only thing that would have prevented us posting the initial review would have been if we had of known last night he had intentions of ammending our stay , but with that said he was extremely busy I don't think genuinely had an opportunity to deal with it earlier.

Room was a little bit of a let down with a fan that didn't work properly, a shelf in the bathroom about to fall off the wall and a bot of would in the tile group in the shower. The lady behind the front desk was a delight to deal with and the place is in a great location if you want to stay in the city.

Good location, clean, tidy and a cool rooftop bar. Just note quite noisy as in the city, people using the lift to the rooftop bar and was a slow check in with only one person on the checkout at 2pm so would recommend checking in a bit later than the check in time unless you don’t mind waiting.

Dirty bathroom. Ceiling fan falling into the shower. Power points don’t work. Room wasn’t cleaned. No after hours service if missing a card. I mean it’s great, if you’re a back packer…Rooms: 1/5

The hotel is ok, the location is great close to restaurants and coffee places. Parking your car can be a struggle. The main door is on the corner, and you have to ring them every time you need to park, in the meantime, you are blocking the street waiting for them to answer. Not a great system

Ok for 1 overnight stay. Basic but lovely. .my room was clean and nice although my friends mattress topper had old girly stains so I dunno you be the judge. I didn't pay to stay but plenty other places around to stay too.

Room very dated, dusty, window sills filthy, carpets dirty our socks were black ! Had to go and find toilet paper when ran out. Extractor fan in bathroom broken. Will definitely not return ...

The hotel is clean, the water pressur in the shower is good and the bed is good. Wi-Fi connects fine. However, it was inconvenient because of the ambient noise in the morning. I stayed at this hotel for 2nights. Good location and overall this hotel is good.
