Great value. Rooms where basic but clean and tidy. Service was amazing. Beds where comfy and managed to get a full night sleep after 2 days of no sleep and gout. Breakfast was plentiful. Eggs a little under seasoned but nothing that a salt and pepper couldn't fix. Short stroll to the nightlife. Also great value. Highly recommend.Rooms: 5/5

Great location. Short walk to the top of Cuba Street. It's not super modern or stylish but it is clean, tidy and presentable. My bed was really comfy and the housekeeping staff were great. Will happily book againRooms: 4/5

The breakfast coffee was good and the food tasty. The dining room was very clean and spacious. The kind reception host let me into my clean/made up room a few hours early which was wonderful. The bed was comfy and clean. However the room itself was v hot, I had the fan going the whole time - thank goodness that was provided as being 6 floors up the windows all had security locks. When I did open them there was a lot of street noise. Poor shower pressure none, bathroom very tatty, no bath plug and shower curtain too short. Also the tv didn’t work, the walls were peeling and there is nothing on the walls to give any atmosphere or prettiness to it. You do get what you pay for and actually it wasn’t cheap either! This is a tired dated soul-less place with no decor at all. Reminded me of a bare uni hostel or run down hospital. Ok for a single night for one person but not recommended for anything else.

Filthy dirty bathroom, no remote for tv. Had no joy with lacklustre staff when it was bought to their attention. Did manage to get a remote but would definitely give this one a miss. Bed was comfy though and good location, just very dated and needed a good clean!

Pros: - Everything on the first floor is well put together and nice - Breakfast was quality and with good variety - location Cons: The rooms are not as advertised in the website photos. - very small and cranped got bruised multiple times on the coach rack that extended into the very narrow space between the wall and the bed - dated - no working AC - No window screens - blinds leave a large gap letting in light and could see into other rooms including ours - water pressure insufficent to take a shower - toilet does not flush right - bed very uncomfortable - no outlets by the beds - very tight parking that is $20 extra - reception was not the desk when needed no bell All that said, I was going to give this a 2 star review due to the breakfast, but decided on a 1 star review due to the complete lack of integrity from the management staff. Strongly do not recommend!

Dated rooms but good value for price. The room, furniture and carpets are all a bit outdated and could definitely do with a fresh layer of paint but clean and tidy otherwise. Breakfast is a-ok. Location is good and easy to reach other places in town.Rooms: 2/5

Past it's use by date but tariff does reflect this. Staff friendly, especial mention of receptionist who was very helpful and accommodating. Bed comfy with good linen. Shower over bath a real hazard to get in and out. Breakfast very good. Sterile environment e.g. nothing on walls or hallway furniture. Reception area looked closed up. Housekeeping was good.

We stayed in room 205 it was in much need of an update. It was nothing at all like the pictures on the website and certainly not worth $200 plus a night! The carpet and blinds were stained the carpet was all wrinkled and worn. We were very disappointed!! The breakfast was great and staff very obliging. A nice clean tidy entrance to the hotel but hugely let down when we got to our room. Wouldn’t recommend a stay in this room. Very hand to central city.

Went here on a holiday with my mate and after a bad night at another hotel we came to the Willis Wellington hotel and it was amazing. The service was amazing the rooms were beautiful and got serviced daily and not to mention breakfast which had me down there for a great feed. Enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend it.Rooms: 5/5

I can only give this place a one star. The room was very run down with mould on the celling, stains on the bed and the room wasn't clean at all. My one star reflects the staff as they were excellent the only good thing about this place, and the breakfast was ok. We booked for 2 nights and ended checking out after 1 night as so dissatisfied and a poor sleep due to the outdated uncomfortable bed. Do not recommend staying at the Willis Wellington. When booking our stay the place looks great online, but these photos were very misleading
