She was extremely helpful and patient, guiding me clearly through the entire process — from getting a learner licence to the final restricted licence in New Zealand.nnShe also explained how I can convert my Indian driver licence to a New Zealand one, and assisted me with filling out the forms step-by-step. Everything was explained in a simple, easy-to-understand way, which made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free.nnReally appreciate her professionalism and friendly attitude. I recently went to AA Insurance to process my driver's license application and encountered extremely poor service from a staff member named Ivy. My friend also mentioned to me that she felt Ivy's service attitude was poor. Ivy displayed obvious impatience, a harsh tone, and a lack of basic service awareness and professionalism. Her behavior was disrespectful, and her lack of basic courtesy made me, as a Chinese customer, feel ashamed. However, Trinity was very warm, friendly, and clear in helping me with the exam procedures, which made it a pleasant experience. As a public service institution, staff represent the department's image and should serve citizens with professionalism, patience, and politeness. My interaction with Ivy was extremely unpleasant.nI hope relevant departments will pay attention to this issue:n1. Strengthen employee service training to ensure staff possess basic professional ethics and communication skillsn2. Establish an effective monitoring mechanism to seriously address cases of poor service.nI hope the relevant authorities to investigate and improve their services to prevent other citizens from experiencing similar unpleasant situations. We look forward to a positive response and corrective measures.nnPoor attitude equals poor service. I wasn't dissatisfied with the policy; I understood it and happily paid through Trinity. Ivy, however, lacked basic service knowledge and spoke with racist undertones, which made me very uncomfortable. My only complaint about Ivy was her attitude.

Had a really good experience at AA Services Centre thanks to Lisa! She’s super friendly, explains everything clearly, and is very patient with us as newcomers to NZ. She can speak multiple languages too, which made things so much easier. Really appreciate her help!

We came in to do my brother in laws conversation and was approached by Lisa. My goodness she was so warm friendly caring and so amazing. She put my brother-law at ease instantly he was so scared and she bring him into a space of ease. She was so caring and understood he English was not up to a high standard and explained he can swap to Filipino if needed on the test and assured him he was in safe space and just to relax. Truly blown away with Lisa I hope she never leaves Aa Riccarton she is amazing
