AA Centre - Riccarton

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, waiting in the queue for 1 1/2 hours to renew a license and it’s like a game of snakes and ladders as they have the main queue but feed other people in from the sides so even when I’m in the front position mystery customers appear at the counter in front of you. AA you need to hire some staff or get out of the licence business as you are hopeless at it.nAs for the counter staff working understaffed they are courteous and do a good job.

Today I had the fastest service I’ve ever received with AA with Ivy and the team. Super efficient sorting my international licence, went around 1:45/2:00pm, line wasn’t too bad and was moving along with more staff working. Easy process thanks team.

Incredibly inefficient and not enough staff. Unless you want to wait in line for an hour because they only have one person on reception, I would avoid this AA. If complex applications can take 30-40 minutes to process then AA need to reevaluate their processes as that is ridiculous.

Really nice person that greets you at the door and helps you with any requests you might have. The people at the counters aren't quite as nice, but they are straightforward and willing to help you out. The line can get quite long on busy hours but it goes pretty quickly.

Today was taking my son to get his license. The line was so long, I saw the staff working hard as fast as they could. Also, there were friendly staff in the customer line to help and check. Thank you AA Riccarton! I really appreciate your hard work to help every customer
