Very bad experience.i had appointment today for my son’s 15 months old vaccine and i was 7 minutes late from my appointment time , for that nurse was so rude. She didn’t check my son nicely. Normally they guys gave paracetamol at centre but she didn’t gave any and didn’t tell anything to give paracetamol in case of fever.nYou guys can say at the reception that we can’t do your appointment today,we completely understand with that.nBut she was very rudenShe gave 2 injections on his legs and 1 on arm in just 2 seconds and she put bandage at last .nWas very disappointingnAt least be nice to 15 months old babynWe are changing our gp, but please if any patient runs late please tell them at the reception that you can’t see them today , book appointment for some other day, don’t get so rude.nVery bad service

If i could give ZERO STARS i wouldnI have been attending this clinic for many Years,nI'm not a fan of doctors and absolutely hate going, i had a appointment with DR. Catherine Thomas at the start of 2025, The complete disregard she had for me as a patient was disgusting, in her words she told me that because she is nearly 50+ years and you are i am my age you don't know what you are talking about and i have more experience in life than you, i left crying feeling absolutely neglected by a health care professional, this kind of service is no acceptable and should not be aloud....nDO NOT BOOK A APPOINMENT WITH HER!!!!nnI also recently had another appointment with DR. Shena Nanjundaswamy who is lovely and caring, I had to get my blood test done, I waited for over 1 week for a call but nothing, so i called them, they passed me onto a nurse who said oh you will need a doctor, we will get her to call you tomorrow, well 4 days later and still no call, not a clinic of there word at all...nnOh and also to add I was booked for a 10:15am appointment- and taken time off work for this I wasn't see till 10:45nRidiculous that I have to wait and take off 1hr + for this, not good enough, a 10:15 appointment is ment to be a 10:15am appointment not 30min laternnI would recommend Taking you health concerns Else where, which is what i will be doing... :

I would give zero rating, No response to emails about the problem, Especially one Lady GP, I don't want to tell her Name, Oh my God Horrible person, Aggressive talk to patients and charging to much money.nnThank u for your reply, Unfortunate, I haven't got any email from Hillmed Clinic not even on Spam. I have found Hillmed to be polite and easy to communicate with. They are always friendly, especially the ladies at the reception. Amorgh Vithal is an excellent doctor that I highly recommend!! I have noticed that someone gave a bad review for being a bit late, and let's be honest here: doctors are not miracle workers, and they do get behind just like the rest of us do.
