Total ridiculous service and follow up. My wife had being waiting for a call from nurse to check the lump on her tongue regarding if it's cancer forming or just a blister. I followed up with medical centre twice but as now it's 3 weeks and still no calls. This shows how good they are. Would be looking to change my doctors now.

Have called for prescriptions which was skipped by a doctor on appointment for sinus congestion, I was suffering from bad headache due to congestion, spoke to nurse and she asked me that she will get that sorted out later today as she cannot interrupt doctor as its not an emergency. When I explained her the situation of my health she asked me to go after hours instead of getting prescriptions sorted earlier which they have skipped with no fault of mine. Nurse was really rude , what was the point to having appointment with them and getting the medicines skipped and if patients are still suffering they referring to after-hours , why they are there for?? What kind of emergency she was waiting for ?What was the point of having appointment with them if she is going to refer afterhours only.

We have been going to this medical centre for about 3 many years now. And we are very pleased with the service. All the doctors are very good and all of them listen very intently. Reception staff is very friendly too. Special mention to Dr Vinod, its always a pleasure to get medicine from Dr Vinod.

Doctor was hopeless didn’t even even listen to me. I had a headache for a few days, but didn’t even bother checking blood pressure printed me a sheet from google to discover possible cause and back and another 50 bucks. Absolutely insane.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have been going to this place for years and it’s always been the same. They have absolutely no respect for your time, whenever you show up they make you wait at least an extra 30 minutes past your set appointment time to see your GP. I went for some advice on an allergy rash that I had been getting and we explained to the GP Dr Catherine Thomas that I had tried antihistamines and anything else that she suggested, after not even 5 minutes and her life story she sent me away with a prescription for Antihistamines, and a $40 charge. It was a waste of time and money while still experiencing the symptoms I went to get advice on. I am highly disappointed and am thinking about changing GPs.
