Young nurse that did my bloodwork today, I love you lol. Had my blood taken a lot this year, would prefer it stayed in my body but that’s okay. Came here this afternoon, didn’t feel a thing!!!! This is the only time that it hasn’t been incredibly uncomfortable. You’re very good at your job. Anytime someone wants my blood, I’m coming to you.

Absolutely useless for those who have day jobs , rushed over only to find closed early 3pm?? not just on the one day but for weeks on end, definitely would not recommend!

I went in for a urine test. You cannot book these online. I told the incredibly nasty older blond nurse that a lot of other reviewers seem to have had the misfortune of interacting with what I was there for. She very nastily told me I had to wait and to take a number. After 40 minutes I told another nurse who said phone and book. The lady at their call centre said to ask a phlebotomist for a pottle, write my details on it and then leave it on their desk when I was done. Yes, it was that easy. The nasty nurse could easily have told me the same thing in 30 seconds but decided to make me wait. I know they’re short staffed but she really needs to go…

Severely understaffed, waited 50 minutes. However the nurse taking my blood was excellent, didn't feel the needle at all

I have had some very bad experiences with some nurses. They can be very rude and make you feel very small. Lucky there are some very nice nurses too that do listen to the patients and are very friendly.
