Canterbury SCL - Barrington

Terrible customer service.nWhat is the point on booking an appointment if you arrive and still have wait for more than 1 hour the get your test done? The reception is always empty, so you are not able to get any information from staff or any sort of assistance.

Walked in at opening time without a booking and was seen just inside half an hour. Not unreasonable.

The same lady who happened to deal with us twice is the sunshine to her customers, which I particularly felt strongly today when she sorted things out for me when I thought I might have to come back on Monday. Thank you very much indeed. She reminds me to be kinder and nicer to people at work and outside of it.

5 stars from me... I was seen quickly & without an online booking. The lovely lady that saw me was gentle & kind, didnt feel a thing.nThankyou Barrington Labs keep up the great work!

Worth getting the app and having an appointment. Some people were not aware that you could book an appointment and were getting a bit shirty whem someone arrived after them but went before.
