Felix and Deanna at the Christchurch store were so helpful when we were looking for a very specific bit of car charging kit - they let us test out some of their stock with our battery, suggested other places we could try in case theirs didn't work and eventually managed to find the perfect solution. I love the shop and all they have to offer , I even love the people that work there. However dont even bother sending them a mail requesting how to order parts from them its been 2 weeks and I still have not heard back other than they are reviewing the tickets... It seems whaty they should have said is we moved your ticket to the recyle bin please go into the store. even phoning and requesting assisance they say they will call you back yes I am still waiting for a call that was supposed to be returned a week ago. Ill probably need to head into town to do their follow up.nnI Recommend the shop to anyone not just the Christchurch one all of them , I just dont recommend contacting their support or helpdesk cant even say they exsist.

Come for the great deals, come back for the fabulous friendly staff not in a weird stalker way, in an appropriate appreciation of excellent customer service way.

Jaycar stocks all the electronic products that the big brand stores don't offer. Quite useful really as they have an excellent range of useful equipment. A well stocked store and the staff member that served me went straight to what was asking for without any fuss trying to find itnThe product knowledge was really very good.nCar parking is easy with off street parking out front of the store.nIf you are looking for electronic devices go see Jaycar as I am sure they can help.
