This bus transfer station is excellent, with convenient facilities. Each restroom is independent and user-friendly, and there is no charge for their use. The dispersed seating arrangement creates a relaxed atmosphere in the waiting area, and international power outlets are available for charging electronic devices. Nearby, there is a supermarket for those looking to browse. The station's appearance and structure are stunning, with clear signage and a comfortable environment. The quality of the space is outstanding, making it an ideal place to take a rest after a shopping trip.

The bus exchange is very modern, it feels like an airport terminal. The staff at the ticket booth are extremely helpful and informative. Once you purchase a metro card fares are very cheap and free returns within a period. The buses all seem to link through or journey start/end at the exchange. The buses are clean and modern and electric. Great public transport system.

Excellent central bus interchange. Big and spacious hub with plenty of space, seats and toilets. Information desk open during the day selling tickets and printed timetable leaflets and map available. Uses unusual concept of advising which ‘platform’ the service will go from and only confirms the actual stop within the platform area a couple of minutes before arrival. This is a clever way of avoiding situations where buses have to go from the wrong stop, which is often common elsewhere

Beware lockers are closed due to vandalism! You can leave luggage at the convenience shop but you have to register and pay with radicalstorage.com which cost us NZD11 per bag per day. The shop staff scan your booking take a photo of the bag and put it in their storage room. It's otherwise a new and fancy bus interchange but about 15min walk away from museum gallery etc. The Intercity bus stop is not in the terminal. It's outside the Litchfield St entrance on the street.

Toilets are awful, permanent public areas have been closed indefinitely. The lockers locked down are ridiculous & Security staff surveillance of abusive & often paranoid men is telling. Smokers continue to drop butts everywhere.nRegulars will beg, verbal altercations between passengers are uncomfortable to observe.nBus Drivers have been seen not helping passengers who have been assaulted by irritable line jumpers.nFresh Youth hub is wonderful.
