Easy to connect to other busses as it has many big screen monitors plus the announcements to tell you bus arrival or departure in which platform. Security present inside and some randomly on buses which is really good. Students doing vape or adult smoking at front door. Time to removed them out. Not a healthy environment but other than that. Everything is working out for Christchurch City

This was the very best bus station that I’ve ever passed through. Very clean and Extremely efficient with easy access, helpful staff, and very nice drivers as well. Kudos to Christchurch and their public transit.

Regular service. Modern buses. Good drivers. I'd give it 4 stars if it had shelter from the rain and 5 if there was some sort of digital updates on bus e.t.a. like other NZ cities have.

Safe place to catch a bus anywhere from hornby to brighton to summer, the great thing to is there will be buses going to your destination that may be leaving sooner
