My daughter was applying for a Leaner License and although the wait time was long, once we got to the counter we were offered excellent customer service by a lady named Kathryn. She offered excellent advice, clear instructions and was really pleasant - considering the high numbers of people who must pass through in a day, she treated us like we were her first customers of the day. Thank you!

Great customer service. Visited today to renew license and also do some paperwork for my full, took less than 20minutes. The person I was dealing with was Lyss - he was amazing, friendly and just had great customer service.nFrom the moment you walk in, the staff are friendly and helpful and genuine which is very rare these days!

Very long wait of almost an hour. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would be 5 stars if queue hadn't moved so slowly. Need more staff as IRD's only agent. Shouldn't try to sell AA memberships at times when people are waiting so long.

Came in nice and early, usual expected wait times for license renewal. Raymond helping people as they came in was excellent and all the ladies were friendly.
