Selwyn Village Healthcare

I have so many bad things to say about this place... but it seems like they stopped caring about this google reviews since a couple of years ago so it feels pointless even to spent time trying to say something, so I'll just say... AVOID THIS PLACE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!! doctors are useless!!

Selwyn Village Healthcare have been so helpful in caring for me and my wife. From the moment we walk in the staff are so kind and caring and Dr. Anna Bergin and Dr Ben Arnoldnhave helped us so much.

Our family has been attending this clinic over 30 years. We called this morning and got the rudest lady Elizabeth and this is not the first time. She is an absolute liability to this once fantastic little clinic. I myself cringe when I have to deal with this person. We have decided this is the last straw for us and we are looking another clinic. No one is happy at this place anymore particularly the reception staff all but the lovely lady with the accent sad & unfortunate.

I'm slowly pulling my family out of this medicalcentre one by one due to ignorance, rudeness and complete ineptitude!! Both senior male doctors leave a lot to be desired and its no surprise when a new good doctor comes along they don't stay. From misdiagnosis to poor follow up they win hands down. There's a reason the bad reviews outweigh the good?!

My family has been with this centre for over 5 years but we will not be going back after our last few visits. Paperwork errors, rude staff, taking money for waste of time appointments. Seems they cannot wait to get you out the door.nAlthough I will say Isobel Light is a great doctor. I wish we had only dealt with her.
