Was in the store this morning. I have done years in retail and know and appreciate when you get excellent service with a smile. Young lad Ryan was attending. Fantastic customer service, friendly could have a wee laugh, definitely makes you want to come back. Huge asset to this business

Had a awesome butcher today! His name was Rowan goes above and beyond for customers done me up a rolled roast beef bloody good man 3 shops wouldn't that man deserves a beer and a pay rise!!!

Stay vigilant people… I have shopped here plenty and wondered why most of the meat would be off when defrosted… I always order online and go pick up in the afternoon… I had a busy afternoon so went in early to get my order. I now realise that they take the order out of the freezer and put it in the chiller because most of my order was half defrosted and had I have picked it up in the afternoon I would never have known it had been frozen and assumed it was fresh. I demanded new stock and to be fair I got it but I will no longer order online as this is ridiculous and being a food based shop they know very well you can not re freeze meat. Highly shocked and disappointed.

Lots of selection of meat, chicken,beef and pork. I finally find some place where selling pork bone, was looking for a very long time, I wanna using it for soup. Some of the rare part of meat they also selling. And the price is reasonable. Will definitely come back again!

Bought some Marinated pork ribs from here on the 27 October which went straight into the fridge and cooked them the next day for over an hour.nThey smelt a bit funny when cooking, but I just thought pork can, if it's a boar. The next day me and my partner were really sick with stomach aches & diarrhoea, which I presume is food poisoning from the pork ribs, as it was the only food consumed by myself and my partner. I'm considering making a formal complaint to the Ministry for Primary Industries.
