Mad Butcher Riccarton

Visited Mad Butcher on 22 Apr and 23 Apr where I was served by Josh, Paul and Bryn.nnThey were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Bought a bunch of steaks and wanted to bring them back home via plane. Paul was so kind to pack the steaks nicely into a box for a small fee of $13 filled with ice packs to help us keep the meat fresh.nnAppreciate all the help Josh, Paul and Bryn : highly recommended!

I usually shop at Ferry Road, but I thought I'd check out this one.nIt's a lot smaller and less produce, but what they do have is of good quality and fairly priced.nThere were no trollys around, but after asking one of the workers, they happily sourced a trolley for my use, and the customer service is unmatched with upbeat, helpful happy workers which made for an easy enjoyable experience.

Had a awesome butcher today! His name was Rowan goes above and beyond for customers done me up a rolled roast beef bloody good man 3 shops wouldn't that man deserves a beer and a pay rise!!!

Was in the store this morning. I have done years in retail and know and appreciate when you get excellent service with a smile. Young lad Ryan was attending. Fantastic customer service, friendly could have a wee laugh, definitely makes you want to come back. Huge asset to this business

Most preferably get our meat from here even though we live across town. Reasonable prices and a variety of selection. Just hoping that there will be a MB opened in the northern suburbs in the future!
