I've been going to blacks for last 10 years for commercial purposes and they have consistently had customer service that's how can I say, next level! Given my business is customer focused it is the leading example of how all businesses should be but often terribly fail at.nnAs an example Dale in sockburn went out of his way, spent a lot of time making up a screw container for me with all the screws I use so I can figure out what I need and develop a relationship with Blacks to provide me all my fastening hardware for my off-grid and lithium battery solar business.nnThe owner and staff have done an amazing job at building it to how it stands now. Very impressive!

Wow. Best prices in Christchurch that l have found so far. Mitre 10 price $27 Blacks Fasteners $7 for 75mm screws. Plus a big range of tools etc on offer.
