Went in to sign up to be a customer, they said it would take a couple of days, 2 weeks later still nothing, sent them an email to find out what was going on, they say they can't find the forms, I asked if they can send me the forms via email, nothing for 5 days, completely useless, try and support local, they couldn't care less. 01/11/2021 got called from Ravensdown today they say head office can't find my form, great outfit you're running there!!! and no, I won't fill out another form so you can lose it again, I'll go elsewhere now.
