I have visited them several times, and the staff has always been very helpful and friendly. Mornings can be quite crowded; I once waited an hour for my turn. If you want to avoid the crowds, try to visit before 10 AM or in the afternoons after 2 PM. Those times have worked well for me.

I had an amazing experience with Jocelyn. I'm usually very nervous with needles, but she made the blood extraction painless that I barely felt a thing. Thank you so much.

Online booking system should not have the dates written in the American way eg. 2024-12-20. This can be confusing, as today at least three people got it wrong. NZ dates are 20-12-2024.nThe blood test itself was very good, didn't feel a thing.

Unfortunately the toxic management, though not physically present 'in branch' is evident 'in branch'.
