I have visited them several times, and the staff has always been very helpful and friendly. Mornings can be quite crowded; I once waited an hour for my turn. If you want to avoid the crowds, try to visit before 10 AM or in the afternoons after 2 PM. Those times have worked well for me.

Online booking system should not have the dates written in the American way eg. 2024-12-20. This can be confusing, as today at least three people got it wrong. NZ dates are 20-12-2024.nThe blood test itself was very good, didn't feel a thing.

Very efficient ...no frills yet discreet and effective walk-in system. Great team. Any discomfort experienced by clients, I expect starts with themselves, rather than the services and facilities offered.

Went in today to get a blood test and the lady taking my blood was very patient, understanding and kind to me. She reassured me many times, talked me through the whole process and really eased my anxiety!! Super happy coming here to have my blood taken.

I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service I experienced today, 22nd Feb at 12:20pm. I expect to be treated professionally by an experienced and suitably trained medical professional when attending an SCL clinic. My experience today with S***nee left me in severe discomfort and pain thereafter.
