Awesome team highly recommend parks towing especially Tony last night and Neil this morning. I unfortunately had my car spiked last night by cops was wrong car. First tow truck company damaged my car parks came to the rescue and treated me and my car with respect. Thanks again

The driver of the towing truck rego QLQ440 is driving rude on Riccarton road between 4:34-4:36 pm today 10/09/2024 the driver using the Flash median to overtake all the vehicles on left just to turn right on waimari road. Very unprofessional driver. How come the driver get his/her full license needs an action on this matter.

Just be aware if your car is towed by Parks they can keep it 28 days without having to track you down and it's costly. I thanked the receptionist for being kind when she helped me with a chair seeing I was injured but truly I had to work hard to engage. I persisted. A friendlier kinder attitude toward customers would make a huge difference and a law to have to contact someone sooner when your car is towed. Not a company I want to deal with again. They do their job but like it's not a happy place. Management need to review their company policies and become a better company to work for at least for frontline staff
