AA Vehicle Testing Christchurch

I've been dreading going in to renew my licence as there are always long lines or in some cases no licence services available due to short staff at other places that I tried. However, this was not an issue at AA Shands Rd. No line at around 9am, the lady at the licence desk was super helpful and efficient. Excellent customer service and I was out of there in no time. Thanks!

There’s a nice lady and bad one on the reception. I gone through the reviews and figured waiting time is the issue there so I decided to leave my car and pick up after 3-3.5 hours. During pick up I just wanted to inform them that I’m picking my car up so they are aware of it. Not that they cared as the key was left inside the car and anyone could have taken it. However, when I went to inform them, not so friendly lady told me stay in the queue and show her the rechecklist. There wasn’t anything to be rechecked but I didn’t want yell from the back of the line so just stayed in the queue. It was my turn she looked at the check list and ask me what do I want to do with it. Basically even after leaving my car there they managed to waste my time for something that’s not even needed. 3 star is for very deserved inspectors and the nice lady.

Poor customer service from the ladies at the front desk. Instead of talking to each other loud enough for everyone to hear your conversation, you should be acknowledging your customers immediately rather than making them wait uncomfortably. This was happening to everyone who walked through your doors while I was waiting for my WOF.

Greeted with friendliness and efficency at the Hornby office.. see how we go over the pit lol.. thanks in advance !!

Go here for our old camper cof. Good honest cof and helpful advise too. Also get car wofs and the service inside and out is pretty consistent.
