Sophie - business development manager is horrible to deal with . She ask repetitive questions and below is her reply .nnPlease use an alternative carrier moving forward.nnShame on how they deal customers when I do regular courier big shipments .definitely if they don’t offer service will choose different providers as no one is dying to send goods through them only if they saying use alternative carrier
