I never seem to have a good run with anything I buy in there either it doesn't fit due to there advise it breaks or it's faulty some of the staff are good, it is expensive compared to elsewhere for the same things

Helpful staff, tons of pipe and fittings BUT if you have to return an item that doesn't fit you have to do paperwork and wait for check or bank refund as they DO NOT DO RETURNS at the counter like EVERY other company with an EFTPOS machine. Time for the company to address that annoying and inconvenient policy!

I went there to get an automatic sprinkler system! The service i received and product was great and was served by a guy didn't catch his name who very clearly and accurately explained how to install it!nVery happy and would definitely reccomend to all
