Went in to buy safety boots with my son. Had a Boost discount app of up to 20% off for Blackwoods which is why we went there. Woman refused to give us our Boost discount as she said they were the cheapest anyway but they weren't on sale - this is not what the Boost app says, it is not a Price Match situation, it is a straight percentage discount. In hindsight I should have gone to PGG Wrightsons where I know I would have received the discount I was entitled to. Next time I will as I will not be returning to this store. Very disappointed...
