WeCare Wigram

We always receive great care at the WeCare locations. I have two children and for various reasons we end up there about once a month! We usually attend Wigram but have been seen at the Riccarton clinic a couple of times now. I love that I can get appointments with the nurses at short notice, and this morning Saturday, I went to the walk in clinic and was seen by the doctor straight away. The nurses and doctors have always been great with the kids and attend to our needs in an efficient and caring manner.

I’ve had a great experience, the friendly reception staff was quick on assisting me, the highlight is PA Nicki Alexander, she was able to listen to me, which is rarely seen by me in modern ocidental medicine and specially in this country, also she used her great knowledge to find a good solution WHIT ME, she shown a lot of respect for my inputs. Visiting WeCare Wigram this week with a miserable toddler. The staff, from reception to the physicians, were so compassionate, unhurried, and kind. The drop in clinic was efficient even though there were lots of people waiting on a Monday morning! I was able to book an appointment with the same physician later in the week to continue continuity of care for my little one. I felt like I was heard and they truely cared about my child, me and how we were coping with a horrendous virus. Thanks WeCare.

WeCare is a very professional and friendly practice, and our family always feel in good hands. There are minimal wait times, the triage and acute service is amazing, a larger pool of staff is available to offer second opinions, and registered nurses can address a range of standard medical issues very efficiently.

My experience was great. I saw Nicki, she was on time, informative, easy to talk to and I felt relaxed. I had bloods taken after, and the nurses were very friendly and nice albeit my veins were shy.
