Riccarton Clinic and After Hours Medical Centre

I visited several times since my son was sick and my daughter got injured. Their service was very gentle and thoughtful. my children were relieved and had no traumatic memories at all. Doctors are so good, and nurses are very kind. They whispered me and asked about giving jellybeans to my children. so sweet

I WOULD DO ZERO STAR IF I COULD.nPaid so much money and waited for 3 hours to get no answer. The doctor was extremely rude, this was the second time I had him I'm not sure if it's his personality or his abit racist.i will be doing a formal complaint with additional details.nDO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !

I hurt my back during work, and I feel very painful from the night till the morning, and I couldn't sleep well. So I came to see the doctor. But the doctor is really rude and didn't listen to the patient at all. He thinks he knows my body pain better than myself. The time does not even last 5 minutes, and then the doctor just lets me go.

We have visited multiple times and have always been triaged quickly by a nurse and seen by a doctor within an hour or so. All the staff are friendly, especially considering how busy it is. Very thankful that this clinic is available when our GP isn’t

We were very happy with how quickly we were triaged, the friendly helpful staff members and the excellent standard of care we received. We ended up spending several hours there as multiple tests were needed but staff kept us comfortable and well informed. Very grateful for the care and attention.
