Riccarton Clinic is a wonderful place to go for medical care. The doctors and nurses are always friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. Every time I visit, I feel welcomed and supported.nnI especially want to thank my GP, Dr. Anthony Ting, who has been absolutely amazing. There was a time when my mum experienced high blood pressure, and we were so touched by the warm care we received. Dr. Ting was incredibly patient and kind—he took the time to explain everything to my mum in Chinese, helping her feel calm and understood despite the language barrier.nnIt means so much to have a doctor who not only provides excellent medical care but also goes the extra mile to connect with patients personally. We’re truly grateful for Dr. Ting and the whole team at Riccarton Clinic!

We needed to take our daughter to be seen as her fever had spiked and we were concerned about her hydration levels. The receptionist was so lovely and calm and we were seen very quickly. Both the nurses and the doctor took great care in checking her vitals and eliminating possible infections to set our kinds at ease. If we ever require after hours care again we will definitely be coming back here.

He phoned me and they charged me for it $64.00, everything is about money.nMessage for A Ting, don't send me a TXT on my SON'S ANNIVERSARY THAT PASSED AWAY, AT 6.32PM WITH A APPOINTMENT THE NEXT MORNING AT 10.00AM, AS IT WASN'T GOING TO HAPPEN, LET OUR FAMILY DEAL WITH OUR GRIEF, COMPASSION GOES A LONG WAY BUT YOU STILL COULDN'T UNDERSTAND, THAT WAS WHEN I AT 6.45PM PHONED AND CANCELLED YET THAT CLINIC LIED AND SAID WHEN YOU HAD ALREADY UPSET ME, GAVE ME A INVOICE FOR A VIRTUAL CONSULTATION $64-SHAME ON YOU. THE DAY AFTER YR TXT-GREED.nI've had surgery on both feet, never has even read surgeons notes as didn't even know I had my surgery, even when having to wear non weight bearing shoes and was using callipers and had meat skewers sticking out of the front of toes.nGP even later said 2 weeks after skewers etc taken out, had to see him without my husband always take a support person wrote in my notes, I walked with a normal gait, I was using a walking stick, like I'm still doing.nNever read any previous notes. No compassion, understanding, also thank you very much for my kidney disease 3b not ever investigated despite notes frm SCL every now and again when I have a blood test. So many medical conditions I should be seeing a Specialist.nWant to get Medically Gaslighted being female with most Drs go for it, as you will end up sicker, than before going there.

I was so impressed with my experience, despite having to go to an after hours clinic! The nurse that triaged me checked on my pain levels during the wait and the doctor was thorough and rang me and explained my results so well. I was then rung that afternoon with an appointment for the ultrasound I needed. Very happy.

Went here on Sunday as an after hours appointment, due to feeling very unwell.nThe doctor I seen, I believe her name was Genevieve? Was amazing, went above and beyond to check me out and get me into Pegasus health for an urgent ultrasound sound, the rest of the process was super smooth through this clinic, I actually ended up being way more sick than initially thought and was referred to hospital for urgent gallbladder removal. Super impressed with the first doctor I see here.
