Dismal customer service relating to online purchase. Beware delivery dates advised at checkout are in no way accurate. My order was only dispatched because I contacted them, well after the expected date.nOnline questions ignored, query still open 4hrs later after agent initially started to assist. Some serious customer service education wouldn't go a miss - ignoring a customers question won't magically resolve it.

Both the guys in this shop today were so helpful, engaged with us regarding a 3D printer etc and gave us good information and advice. Highly recomend this store and wish we had gotten this amazing service at the Papanui branch today but we will definately be back to the Blenheim Rd store. Was great to see the 3D printers in action too.nEdited to add, the 3D printer we brought here as recomended by these guys has been absolutely amazing. It has been going non stop since we brought it.

Perhaps one of the last bastions of society in which the level of service provided is gender-dependent. If you have two X chromosomes or otherwise identify as female, avoid!
