The service is always good, with friendly people and great facilities. However, the waiting time is extremely frustrating. Every time I have an appointment, I am called much later than scheduled. Allowing more time between appointments might help, just a suggestion.

A big thank-you to Linda and Wendy, who did the biopsy for me in Dec 2022. Surprisingly, their professions and kindness made the procedure meant to be scary enjoyable. They are definitely credit to your team. You have no idea what the precious kindness means to woman who undergoes procedures.
