Great service. Booked in, arrived on time and seen straight away. Camille was friendly and painless. Signage was OK but then I already knew it was there.

I always hate getting blood tests but every time I come here the staff are so lovely and make it such a better process. Thank you to your team for being so amazing when I am super nervous!

Update:radiology proved nerve damage Brutal, went straight thru vein, pulled back, looped around, side to side and back in. Now at Chch Emergency with pain. DONT RECOMMEND. Also no signage. At All. Nada. Zip.

My last visit I had to go by Taxi if he hadn't been there before I would have been hunting for it. I didn't see any disability parking it may have been being used but there was no parking anywhere. I took my number and waited 20 minutes but the nurse missed the vein and as they have a rule one try then they have to get another nurse so another wait, I was expecting to be there for another 20 minutes and they were cleaning up ready to close. I was expecting that I was going to go back next day. Will go be going back to St George's blood clinic as at least I can get a decent coffee from their café and I can then go shopping. Plus I can get there easily by bus.

I had the most lovely experience this morning, my nurse, Nica had such a warm, friendly and informative approach.
