Casebrook Surgery

If you are having mental health problems I strongly and severely urge you to go elsewhere.nnOnce upon a time Casebrook Surgery was the best. They had lovely staff that listened and cared. Since moving however they have lost their touch and it's now a hollow uncaring shell featuring a constantly changing roster of doctors, including frequent random locum doctors who are even less caring than the resident doctors.

My mum had a great experience at this practice. She didn't know how to enrol or set things up, so the reception team helped her. And she had a very thorough appointment with the GP which addressed all of her concerns.nThe team was very patient and kind. Highly recommend Casebrook!nnPS: i was very concerned initially as I live in UK. Reading some of the other comments/reviews I just want to really appreciate our New Zealand GPs, they work very hard and are very good- - - where I live, its standard to wait well over 1-2 month for a GP appointment and they are usually virtual and hasty. I can't even get into my own GP. But my mum got an appointment in a week.nnThat being said, the service in Casebrook is just absolutely phenomenal without the need for comparison.

Had a great first experience here! Had to bring my daughter along with me and she was able to play with their toys and staff were really friendly! I felt as though i was well looked after and the doctor was more thorough than most iv been to! Happy Patient

Great when you can get an appointment. I see from another poster the manager seems to think they have a GP for emergencies but having just had a workplace injury was told by reception to go to after hours as there was nothing available for at least a week. Seems to be a disconnect between management and reception and frankly it's not the first fumble I've had from CBS reception.
