RV Super Centre - Christchurch

Excellent service and experience. Rolled up with our broken RV. Liz sorted us out and had the lovely Cory come and do a quick check. He quickly found the fault, got Marty on board and an hour and a half later we had a fully fixed camper! Thank you so much. Definitely recommend for all your RV needs.

I want to put in a top recommendation for the RV Supercentre in Christchurch. I phoned them yesterday morning to see if they would take a look at our satellite dish which wasn't finding a satellite. We were only in Christchurch for another day and they said to bring it in at 8.00 the next morning today which we did. They took it in straight away and they had it fixed by 9.00. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we even had a free coffee while waiting. We simply could not fault the service we received. Thank you to everyone involved.

Terrible experience, the vehicle wasn't ready and we nearly missed our ferry which they booked for us. Why would you book a ferry for a customer at 5.30pm in Picton when you know the customer will not have the vehicle before 1pm. This had massive flow-on effects to our trip, and I hope people consider going elsewhere for their holiday requirements.

Have just visited RV Super Centre Christchurch to have some work carried out on our Motorhome. Such an amazing team of people. Always friendly and helpful and brilliant at their jobs. Special thanks to Cory and his team.

Super long waiting time even though it seemed that there was enough staff. They said 30’ in reality it was 2 hrs.nVery friendly shuttle driver to the Center though. Be there between 8 am and 4 pm. Handy stuff to shop here for your campervan. There are showers, toilets, coffee and tea available for free.
