Very relaxing place to live. Everything clean and peaceful. So helpful staff.

Caring staff, good convenient parking, great facilities. Amazing gardens

Most of these places are all the same. My mother was here for some time. It is up to the family to make sure their loved family member is happy and getting the best care and attention. Beautiful gardens and lovely decor are not the most important requirement for someone in care in these places.

A lovely work place to be part of. Management is supportive. Staff is well cared for and appreciated which makes the difference when caring for elderly member of our community. We love our residents as our family.

I bike past Ngaio 2 or 3 times a week. The gardens and general grounds look tidy and well maintained. I have cleaned for client how lived there. The units are perfect for independence with the safety of knowing if something happens there are emergency alarms in the units and onsite nurses.
