Prime Range Fresh - Belfast, Christchurch, NZ

Went there yesterday, great service and got lots of frozen meats at good price. Got home and noticed I had been charged for two lamb legs only took one. Went back this morning, very apologetic and was refunded along with excellent customer service. Will definitely continue to shop here.

Was very disappointed as prices are not the total when buying.. Got quite a few items thinking was reasonable price then got up to the counter and when paid found that GST was added on top..So products are not as cheap as they look..This is quite fraudulent.. Wont go back...

I bought frozen pork belly when it was on special and fresh beef ripeye. Pork belly was surprisingly delicious like fresh one and Ripeye was very good. I think price is similar to Pak n save but quality is totally different level. Highly recommended.

Poor service, accidently tore a $20 note straightening it out , manager refused to accept it.. note was neatly torn in 1/2, matching numbers, went to another shop who gladly tapped it up. Very poor performance from the manager.
