Went into store today and shop was extremely busy with only 1 staff member in store. She was excellent and doing the best she could. Provided great advice on styles and sizes. Please pass on my words of encouragement to the staff member
Very helpful lady who has a lot of experience and I bought a great pair of shoes for work.
Williams is a shoestore that not only inforces great customer service but also friendly staff and a nice enviornment. A few days ago we went to go and buy my new shoes and a worker named Jade helped us get the product that we needed. She helped us try on a range of sizes to help fit my shoes and we got the exact ones that we loved. We had perviously looked at another shoestore for some school shoes and they had some great designs, but not anything that I had liked. Williams had a range of shoes for us to try on and I got the ones that I wanted, I cannot wait to wear them on soon! I big shoutout to Jade who helped us get the product that we wanted and also helped us discover some new styles and learn some new things about school shoes. Thank you!
Zero star for customer service if there is an option, low grade customer service, rude and arguing staff to the customers who are demanding genuine refund.. low quality expensive shoes.. going never again, this store is not recommended for business.
Always had a welcoming experience and I find staff very friendly and helpful. Alyssa helped my son find his right fit school shoes, and was also able to assist other customers during my visit. Brilliant customer service every tine.
