Worst run organisation in northam, no resources in the country was the excuse. Misdiagnosed, mixed opinions between staff. Nurse on first visit was unprofessional and made me extremely uncomfortable. From then on they were incompetent and communication was lost. Waited on a call from the phychiatrist to find out what was happening and my file was closed, I was told they could not help

Highly recommended. A caring and dedicated service with experienced clinicians who go the extra mile to assist youth, adolescents, adults, the elderly and indigenous people with all aspects of mental health management.

Absolute joke. Don’t expect help if you need it, you won’t get it. Unless the answer is fobbing you off or meeting once a fortnight to offer zero help or advice, you’re on your own.
