Bulk billed consultations. Doctors usually run on time. Very efficient & polite front desk receptionists. I've been there for many times over past 2 years or so for diagnosis and follow ups. Nurses are good and competent. Although sometimes you may have to wait awhile to be attended to as it's a fairly busy practice & they usually only have 2 receptionists on duty & they need to attend to phone calls too. They have 2 toilets in the practice too As for the doctors, can't comment on others but I've been under the care of Dr Benjamin Lee and I've been happy with his medical care. Last but not least, they also have a small centre within the practice to conduct blood tests which makes it really convenient.
They don't bulk bill any more. This centre uses unscrupulous tactics to increase the number of times they require you to visit their surgery as a means to gain money from Medicare.
I just moved to Perth only a few months ago and this is the practice I have been with since for my pregnancy and it is wonderful, easy to book on the app and all of my appointments have been very good on time - there’s been small waits here and there but that’s normal and expected for any medical service centre I go to. Really good care team & receptionist, I always get treated well with respect here too.
My husband's friend, recommend usnwith Dr Wai. I had been living in Brisbane QLD then moved to Orange NSW and now Perth WA. I just found the GP that my family and I trust. Especially about kids. When I was pregnant I also went to dr Wai. If not dr Wai I will book dr Aye A. Phyo. I booked a female dr before and didnt really like. The nurses are great. My 4 years old now is not afraid of having her flu shot. She cant wait for the next one.
If I could give them less than one star, I would. I have been very unwell for 5 days now and did the right thing and got a COVID test and isolated until I got my negative results. I woke up the day after receiving my results, still very unwell and knew that I needed to be physically assessed and booked an appointment online within the next 2.5hrs the only available I did the right thing and called the clinic to advise them of my symptoms but that I had a negative result. The receptionist then told me their policy is that if you have flu symptoms you can't be seen no matter what. I asked if this was normal practice before COVID and she just kept repeating practice policy and that I can have a phone consult. I asked how the doctor was meant to check my blood pressure, temperature, oxygen levels and lungs over the phone and she said that I need to discuss that with him. ?? So I said not to bother because I need to see someone in person and then she told me that I needed to pay a cancellation fee if I wasn't going to have a phone consult. The greed of this business definitely outweighs the whole point of a GP clinic. I am so upset and appalled by the lack of empathy and understanding at a place where you should be able to find that support. Edit: Dr Lee advised on the phone that he was happy to see me, given I have a negative test and that he doesn't know why the receptionist told me otherwise. I was advised I would receive a call back to arrange another appointment. Never got that call. I'd be embarrassed if I knew my business was being run like this.
I wanted to cancel my appointment, waited 1 hour on the line, no response. I didnt end up going to my appointment and they charged me $35 for not showing up. Moreover, I didnt even receive a courtesy call or a reminder. No call from Dr Little either. Not happy with the practice. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour! Staff has no consideration of people's health and time. Made me wait in my car for more than half an hour as I had flu like symptoms, saying the doctor will come to me in my car. When I called back eventually, I was told the doctor wouldn't see me as I was not a regular patient in their clinic! Absolutely no regard for people's time and health, and wouldn't take the time to listen to people's concerns. Just looking for easy billing and money. Never going to this clinic again!
Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour! My husband see Dr Wan Li Soh, she is very rude and discriminate against my husband as he is new in Australia, not very familiar with some professional medical words in english. She even told to him, if you cannot speak english well, then go back to your country. Such ridiculous women, not as a doctor.
I have completed my comercial driver medical assessment by paying $130. They told that they will send it direct to the Department of transport. The complete form was not received by the DoT. When I contacted the medical centre, they asked me to go and do it again. A complete waiste of time due to their mismanagement. The receptionist is not willing to listen my complaint, telling that they have patients waiting. Not recommended to anyone. Thanks
I was a walk in near my workplace with mild allergic reaction never experienced before. I was treated with care both promptly and professionally. Can not speak highly enough of my experience from reception to nurse to doctor to clinipath. Your team all deserve a pat on the back. They even bulk billed! Many thanks again I will be back soon.
